SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped by default via ShipBob's fulfillment network in the U.S.
For exceptional cases, alternative carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) may be used based on availability, cost-efficiency, and delivery speed.

Shipping takes place after payment has been received and generally requires 2–7 business days within the U.S.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery times for international shipments may be longer due to customs and external factors. All delivery times are estimates and non-binding.

Orders with a net merchandise value of 500 USD or more qualify for free shipping within the U.S.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your item doesn’t fit or you wish to exchange it, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days.

Return shipping is at your own expense, except for defective or incorrect items.
