Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days, for goods bought primarily for personal use.

Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise this right, notify us (Dach PRO UG, Einsteinstraße 5A, 53842 Troisdorf, Germany, email: support@roofgearpro.com) clearly via email or letter. Using the attached withdrawal form is optional.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 30-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, excluding return shipping costs, within 30 days after receiving the returned goods in proper condition. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. We may withhold refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

You must return goods within 30 days of notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Liability only covers diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item’s nature, characteristics, or function.
